This bachelor work deals with the midwife's vocational load at the delivery room. The theoretical part defines midwife's obligations during care of para. The part takes heed of urgente, obstetric states, which pertain to significant stressors during the work at the delivery room. Next to give information about the professional behaviour, midwife's vocational load, progress of stress and psychical hygiene. In the research part, factors, which contribute to the reduction of midwife's vocational load at the delivery room are investigated.
