The study of the emotional sphere of the teenager group at age of 14-17 years with arterial hypertensia was taken. On the basis of the executed research it is revealed that the emotional sphere at teenagers with essential arterial hypertensia was characterised by the raised uneasiness in a combination with emotional lability, propensity to depressive and affective reactions. This complex of emotional changes at teenagers with essential arterial hypertensia testifies absence of constant domination of those or other emotional conditions, the raised emotional lability, strengthening of emotional reaction and decrease in the control of emotional processes that can specify in presence of constant stressful influence. The lowered ability of adaptation to varying social and psychological factors serves as a fixing link in syndrome of essential to a hypertensia.
