Printed materials and package using the same having a lens effect

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter of bringing a specified visual effect by making a lens pattern formed by a gross varnish layer interfere with a design, and a package using the same. SOLUTION: In this printed matter, a liquid-repellent varnish layer having concealability is provided partially on a printing base material having a design pattern, and an ultraviolet-curable type high gloss varnish layer applied thereon is repelled in a portion with the liquid-repellent varnish layer existing therein, and is collected in a portion existing with no liquid-repellent varnish layer, to form a lens.
