The control device is used for switching on or switching off the corresponding control branch circuits according to detected current total electric power storage voltages of the storage battery packs and a detected current voltage of the solar cell panel, so that the corresponding sub storage battery packs enter or exit a charging state. The utility model also provides a solar photovoltaic power generation system. Due to the adoption of the embodiment of the utility model, the changed power generation characteristic of the solar photovoltaic power generation system under the sunshine conditions in different time periods all day can be sufficiently utilized, the photovoltaic power generation efficiency is improved, and the energy waste is avoided.
