motor vehicle Control for having a gearbox control

2000
A command for a motor vehicle comprises a gearbox control (GST), disposed on the gearbox (G) of the vehicle, an engine controller (MST) connected by a bus (CAN) to the gearbox control (GST), and a large number of electrical connecting elements (KD, BLS, IN1, IN2, IN3, IN4, IN5, WHP) connected by signal lines (SL) to a control unit (DB) in inside the vehicle, which gathers the signals transmitted over the signal lines (SL) and is passed via the bus (CAN) to the gearbox control (GST) .The gathering of signals has the advantage of reducing considerably the number lines, and to mount the connectors on the control box in a simple way, as the number of pods per connector decreases significantly.
