The design of precise variable rate fertilizer control system based on ARM

This article describes a precise variable rate fertilizer control system based on ARM microprocessor. It is STM32F103RC micro-processor that as control core, the system adopting the manner of permanent magnet brush dc motor drive distributing mechanism fertiliza-tion, through the testing machine forward speed and distributing shaft speed constitute a closed loop feedback and through the PID adjust-ment real-time control each drive motor according to the set point to automatically adjust the quantity ,ensured the uniform quantity of fertil-izer in order to achieve accurate of variable rate fertilization. We have had a lot of field test, and proved the stability and reliability and Fer-tilizing evenly of the system with a perfect performance.
