Indeno quinolinone compounds and their preparation and use

Indene shown in (A) and a class of quinolone compounds of formula, wherein each of the groups are defined as in the specification. These specific compounds can inhibit topoisomerase I, good activity of human lung cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer, liver cancer and other tumor cells are to be used for preparing anti-tumor drugs.
