Identification of Matrine and Ammothamnine in Picrasmae Lignum by High Performance Liqid Chromatography /Tandem Mass spectromety

Objective:Identification of matrine and ammothamnine in picrasmae lignum by high performance liqid chromatography /Tandem Mass spectrometry.Method:Two alkaloids in picrasmae lignum were ananlyzed by HPLC-ESI /Q-TOF MS /MS.According to the accurate molecular weight,retention time and MSn data by compared with reference substances,the chemical structures were identified.After that,quantitative method was built based on the techniques of LC-Q-Q-Q.Result:Two trace components were identified in picrasmae lignum.The method is specific,sensitive and can be used as the identification of matrine and oxymatrine in picrasmae lignum.Conclusion:It was the first time to report the identification of Matrine and ammothamnine in picrasmae lignum by LC-MS.The content of matrine and ammothamnine in picrasmae lignum vary greatly with the different part and the area of produce.
