Pde4 pyrazolone derivatives as inhibitors

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition combining a pyrazole derivative and at least one of therapeutic agents having a specific activity for using in treatment or prevention of diseases alleviated by inhibition of a type 4 phosphodiesterase.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a fixed combination, non-fixed combination or kit of parts comprising 1-(2-{4-[3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-4,4-dimethyl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazole-1-yl] piperidine-1-yl}-2-oxoethyl) pyrrolidine 2,5-dione, and at least one of the therapeutic agents selected from the group consisting of corticosteroids, anticholinergics, β2-adrenoceptor agonists, H1 receptor antagonists, leukotriene receptor antagonists, type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitors, HMG-CoA reductase inhibitors, lung surfactants, antibiotics and anti-diabetic agents.
