Method for removing nitrogen-containing compound from oil product through extraction of eutectic solvent

2015
Disclosed is a method for removing a nitrogen-containing compound from an oil product through extraction of an eutectic solvent, comprising the following steps: (1) taking an oil product as raw material liquid, taking an eutectic solvent as an extraction agent, performing single-level extraction or multilevel extraction in an extraction device, so as to obtain raffinate oil and extract liquid rich in an nitrogen-containing compound; (2) washing and drying the raffinate oil in the step (1) to obtain denitrification oil; and (3) performing back extraction on the extract liquid in the step (1) via a weak-polarity solvent to remove the nitrogen-containing compound therein, and evaporating to obtain a reproductive eutectic solvent. The present invention takes a liquid-liquid two-phase system as a foundation, adopts an eutectic solvent as an extraction agent, and removes a nitrogen-containing compound in an oil product by means of single-level extraction or the multilevel extraction, thereby being simple in operation process, high in denitrification rate and high in oil product yield.
