Device for desolving fluid

A dissolution apparatus is provided to efficiently dissolve the second fluid into the first fluid to a high concentration by increasing a contact area of a second fluid with respect to a first fluid using a plurality of vortex induction pipes and plates. In a dissolution apparatus(100) dissolving a second fluid into a first fluid to produce dissolved liquid, the dissolution apparatus comprises: a first supply pipe(111) supplying the first fluid; a second supply pipe(112) supplying the second fluid; a vortex induction housing(110) of which a top part is opened, and of which a bottom part is closed such that the first fluid and second fluid move to an upper part of the vortex induction housing; plates(130) which close an inner part of the vortex induction housing, and in which a plurality of openings are formed; vortex induction pipes(141,142) arranged in pairs such that outlets of the first fluid and second fluid face each other; and a retention vessel guiding the dissolved liquid from the opened top part of the vortex induction housing to the outlets.
