The signal conditioning circuit is connected with a first multichannel selective switch which is connected with a temperature sensor, an air humidity sensor, a light intensity sensor, a soil humidity sensor and a camera; the digital-analog converter is sequentially connected with a second multichannel selective switch, a power amplification unit, an optoelectronic isolation module and an actuating mechanism; the communication module is connected with a monitoring center upper computer. The invention further discloses a control method for the family farm. The control device and method for the family farm has the advantages that the debugging is convenient, the control precision is high, the reliability is high, and the remote concentrated monitoring and the remote guidance are achieved.
