일본 전원주택의 건설지원제도에 관한 연구

For the construction promotion of superior rural housing, the designation of district with a view to construct superior rural housing at each region is required. In addition, each district exerts its own personality, suggests the plan using its cultural and economic potential and develop new downtown construction of residents' participation type in order to realize the rich life. Accordingly, it is important to hear residents' opinions by their positive participation in construction plan to obtain their trust and reflect it on district designation plan.
