The invention provides a rotating wheel for a fineness grader in the technical field of fineness graders. The rotating wheel comprises a steel ring. An upper disc is fixed to the bottom end of the steel ring, spokes are arranged at the bottom end of the upper disc, the center of the bottom end of the upper disc is fixedly connected with the top end of a steel tube through an upper shaft clip, and a lower shaft clip is further fixed to the bottom end of the steel tube. A belt is further connected to the outer wall of the lower shaft clip in a sleeving mode, a disc is fixed to the bottom end of the lower shaft clip, and the bottom end of the disc is fixedly connected with a frustum. A sealing cover is further connected to an opening of the frustum in a matched mode through hexagon bolts and a spring pad. A lower disc is further fixed to the outer wall edge of the sealing cover, supporting tubes are further evenly and vertically connected to the belt, and wheel blades are further evenly arranged between every two supporting tubes and fixed to the belt. The rotating wheel is simple in structure, and capable of better separating materials and improving production efficiency.
