РОЗВИТОК КРЕАТИВНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ КОЛЕКТИВУ ЯК ФАКТОР ВПЛИВУ НА ЕФЕКТИВНУ РОБОТУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

In the article there were discussed the impact of creative potential for the effective work of the group (team), goal of creative management scheme and collective development of creative abilities. It was considered the essence of creative management and creative potential in project management. Research of organizational design (construction) on the basis of various approaches and research of the influence of changing the quantitative characteristics of the collective on the effective work of the team as a whole had been done. The methods of development and formation of creative potential of the team, as well as criteria for evaluating the creative product and their complex description based on the theory of the formation of requirements for products are considered. The criteria that determine the features of the creative product and its characteristics are substantiated. Much attention is focused on the analysis and creation model of evaluation of personnel development, which will include motivation and development of the creative potential of staff and determining the initial level of staff and the formation of improve the skills of staff.
