The invention provides an UV drying electroluminescent silk screen printing ink composition, which comprises the following components by weight percentages: 20-60% of UV solidification resin, 5-20% of electroluminescent material, 0.01-25% of pearlescent pigment, 3-20% of active monomer diluent, 4-12% of photo polymerization initiator, 0.01-40% of solvent and 0-10% of auxiliary agent. The printing ink composition simultaneously has multiple false proof characteristics easily identified by popular, such as pearly lustre, UV excitation fluorescence and electric field luminescence, cation is introduced in a free radical initiation system to initiates resin and vinyls monomers, and a problem that the printing of a high content fluorescence characteristic material printing ink composition is dry and a problem of combination fastness with a ink membrane base material can be solved.
