Comprehensive treatment system and method for red mud and carbide slags

The invention discloses a comprehensive treatment system and method for red mud and carbide slags. The system comprises a material mixing device, a pressing device, an autoclaved curing device, a reducing roasting device and a grinding separation device, wherein the material mixing device is provided with a red mud inlet, a carbide slag inlet, a reducing agent inlet, an additive inlet and a mixture outlet; the pressing device is provided with a mixture inlet and a green brick outlet; the mixture inlet is connected with the mixture outlet; the autoclaved curing device is provided with a green brick inlet and an autoclaved brick outlet; the green brick inlet is connected with the green brick outlet; the reducing roasting device is provided with an autoclaved brick inlet and a reduction product outlet; the autoclaved brick inlet is connected with the autoclaved brick outlet; the grinding separation device is provided with a reduction product inlet, an iron product outlet and a tailings outlet; and the reduction product inlet is connected with the reduction product outlet. By the system, two kinds of industrial wastes including the red mud and the carbide slags can be utilized comprehensively, and high-quality iron products can be obtained, so that the problem that the two kinds of industrial wastes are low in use ratio and are accumulated for a long time is solved fundamentally.
