Enterprise information integration system for small and medium-sized enterprises and alliances

The unique information sharing requirements of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises were studied to optimize the information technology systems.A net-based enterprise information integration system was developed using Java 2 enterprise edition(J2EE) and extensible markup language(XML) with a 2D/3D collaborative viewing and mark-up tool.Two versions of the system(one for individual enterprises and one for enterprise alliances) were successfully developed. The system effectively integrates heterogeneous information to enable enterprises to work collaboratively on product development and commerce in a network environment.The system has good openness,expansibility and maintainability because of the four-tier browser/server system architecture.
