CFD Research on Temperature Field in Radial Clearance of Hydraulic Spool Valve

Aimed for deadlock of the sleeve and spool caused by throttling temperature increasing in hydraulic spool valves,a CFD model was made.Temperature field in radial clearance in different working pressure,radial clearance and opening varying was(analyzed).Then temperature field in radial clearance was obtained on various cases.The effects of working pressure,radial clearance and opening on temperate field in radial clearance were obtained.Theoretical reference was provided for designing spool valves.
