The invention discloses a biological safety cabinet ultraviolet lamp linkage controller and a control method thereof; the biological safety cabinet ultraviolet lamp linkage controller comprises at least two magnetically controlled switches, and a control circuit; the at least two magnetically controlled switches are arranged on a cabinet door and a slide rail, and the space between the two magnetically controlled switches is greater than the action distance; the control circuit is connected with the magnetically controlled switches and can be used for linkage control of on and off of an ultraviolet lamp by the magnetically controlled switches, the control circuit comprises a relay connected with an ultraviolet lamp switch, and a singlechip connected with the relay, the input end of the singlechip is connected with the output end of an and-gate circuit, the input end of the and-gate circuit is respectively connected to the at least two magnetically controlled switches, when the at least two magnetically controlled switches arranged on the cabinet door and a door frame are corresponding to the position of permanent magnets in corresponding dry reed tubes, signals are sent to the connected gate circuit, when the gate circuit receives the signals sent by all the magnetically controlled switches, signals are sent to the singlechip, the singlechip controls the relay to turn on, the ultraviolet lamp is turned on; if the gate circuit does not receive any signal sent by any of the magnetically controlled switch, the singlechip controls the relay to turn off, and the ultraviolet lamp is turned off.
