Особенности мелатонинового обмена у женщин с различной хронофизиологической и стереофункциональной организацией репродуктивной системы и световая депривация в профилактике климактерического синдрома

The article presents data on peculiarities of melatonin exchange in climacteric period in dependence on chronophysiological and stereofunctional organization of female organism. We revealed hormonal predictors of climacteric syndrome, we revealed the depression of melatonin level in daily urine in women of perimenopausal period, we recorded the highest mean of melatonin sulfate in women with chronotype “lark”, the lowest ratesin women with “owl” chronotype. In women with an “owl” chronotype we revealed the highest dispersion of melatonin rates. We also revealed decreased levels of melatonin sulfate in severe forms of climacteric syndrome in women of perimenopausal period. We also studied the therapeutic influence of light deprivation in women in premenopause. We proposed a highly efficient additional way of prophylaxis and treatment of climacteric syndrome by regulation of melatonin secretion with the help of sun lenses.
