This article is about the study the organization of the system of studying of market producers. It is shown that one of the main priorities of the management of these companies is customer orientation. The basic need of customers is obtaining supplied companies products at the lowest prices. This aspect is the so-called “bottleneck” in the organization of work used by the suppliers of the system for obtaining and analyzing information about the market situation and the needs of the client companies.
