GESTÃO DO CONHECIMENTO ORIENTADA PARA A ESTRATÉGIA DE INOVAÇÃO DE PRODUTOS TECNOLÓGICOS: O CASO DA INVENT VISION

In this article we consider how the practices of knowledge management are implemented in the production department of a important technology-based company of Minas Gerais - Invent Vision - to generate innovative products with high added value for consumers. The search strategy used was a descriptive case study, with data collected through the realization of a semi-structured interview with the responsible for the production department of the respective company. Through the technique of content analysis it was found that the management practices developed in their department are in line with the epistemological and theoretical assumptions of knowledge management as the main idea of the theoretical research on the topic in question. The results showed that Invent Vision, through its departments of production, value the relevant knowledge of its staff and encourages sharing and implementing them for the benefit of its customers, especially the provision of quality products with differentiated and innovators.
