Нейромаркеры и показатели эндотелиальной дисфункции при острой шизофрении

The article presents the results of investigation of endothelial dysfunction and the neurodestruction/ neuroreparation markers in schizophrenia. The researchers report pronounced changes in the endothelium function in acute schizophrenics. The more pronounced endothelial dysfunction parameters were accompanied by maximum possible levels of the GFAP, A-NR2 and NSE neuromarkers, with simultaneous compensatorydefensive production of the brain neurotrophic factor BDNF. Disappearance of psychotic symptoms after 8 weeks of neuroleptic medication was accompanied by decreased neurodestruction and endothelial dysfunction parameters though these parameters did not come to norm in patients with acute schizophrenia after 8 weeks of medication.
