Spatial neutral atom imaging apparatus

2014
The invention provides a spatial neutral atom imaging apparatus comprising a plurality of imaging units distributed along the circumferential direction. Every two adjacent image units have the same intersection angle. Each imaging unit comprises a collimator, deflecting electrode plates, a semiconductor sensor, and a coding modulation plate. The collimator, the coding modulation plate, the deflecting electrode plates, and the semiconductor sensor are successively connected from top to bottom. The semiconductor sensor and the coding modulation plate are in parallel. The deflecting electrode plates are arranged between the semiconductor sensor and the coding modulation plate in parallel and in pairs, and are vertical to the coding modulation plate. The spatial neutral atom imaging apparatus modulates the particle flow intensity in each direction of a space by using a gate mesh on the demand for an increase in imaging spatial resolution and time resolution, and acquires better spatial resolution and time resolution compared with a neutral atom imager with same weight and volume and based on a mechanical separation measuring method on the premise of a clear parameter for modulating a combination structure of the gate mesh, the deflecting electrodes, and the sensors.
