having control means for operating a harvesting machine (1), wherein the harvesting machine (1) at least two working units (3, 4, 5), seen transversely to the longitudinal direction or traveling direction of the harvesting machine (1) so juxtaposed that when the operation of the harvesting machine (1) in a slope a first working unit (4) upslope a longitudinal axis (6) of the harvesting machine (1) and a second working unit (5) down the slope of the longitudinal axis (6) of the harvesting machine (1) is arranged, wherein the control means operating the working units (3, 4, 5) dependent controlled by operating parameters or controls, and wherein the control device operating parameters for at least some of the working units (3, 4, 5) is determined automatically depending on an inclination of the overhang in which the harvesting machine (1) in is operational.
