A REVIEW OF CONDITION ASSESSMENT OF CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE FOR ELECTRICAL VEHICLES

With the rapid development of electric vehicles (EV), especially considering the wide location, safety evaluation and condition assessment of charging infrastructure have drawn more and more attention. The safe operation of the charging infrastructure not only plays an important role in promoting the efficiency and safely operation of electric vehicles, but also to avoid the distribution system security and stability disturbance. EV Infrastructure consists of charging stations and its distribution system. This paper is aim to present a comprehensive review about online monitoring, fault diagnosis as well as condition assessment methods on charging facilities and related equipment, which would provide a broader vision for researchers and practical in enhancing techniques.
