Resolution enhancement in digital in-line holography

Both thereconstructed imagebandwidth which islimited by the finite sizeofthehologram and twin image artifactcaused by the lack ofphase information restrict the achievable reconstruction resolution using in-line holography. In this paper an new iterative error energy reduction algorithm is used to address these problems. This algorithm suggests the possibility of superresolution in in-line holography in which the conventional diffraction limit may be approached or even exceeded.
