The invention relates to a high-voltage user photovoltaic power generation electric energy metering system and a method of the high-voltage user photovoltaic power generation electric energy metering system. The system comprises a photovoltaic array, a direct current confluence device, a direct current electric energy meter, a grid-connected inverter, a step-up transformer, an alternating current voltage transformer, an alternating current transformer, an alternating current electric energy meter, electricity consumption information acquisition equipment and a control computer. When the output of the grid-connected inverter is greater than the demand of user load, the reverse electric quantity of excess electric quantity output by the grid-connected inverter is recorded through the alternating current electric energy meter; and when the output of the grid-connected inverter is less than the demand of the user load, the insufficient load of the user is extracted from a power supply high-voltage bus through the alternating current electric energy meter, forward electric quantity is recorded by the alternating current electric energy meter, the direct current electric energy data is compared with the reverse alternating current electric energy data, and electricity utilization supervisory personnel are timely reminded and suspicious electricity stealing accidents for cheating photovoltaic power generation allowance are timely supervised when abnormal conditions occur.
