Ostéomalacie d'origine rénale révélatrice d'un syndrome de Gougerot-Sjögren

Abstract Osteomalacia secondary to renal tubular acidosis is exceptional in Sjogren's syndrome. We report a 29 years old female patient with Sjogren's syndrome who presented with osteomalacia due to proximal and distal tubular acidosis. Furthermore, the renal imaging suggest a bilateral pseudolymphoma aspect.
