Manufacture of color filter and production apparatus therefor

PURPOSE: To provide the process for manufacture for producing the color filters having colored ink films having excellent smoothness under a relatively small pressurizing force or at a relatively high speed and the apparatus for production to be used for embodiment of such process. CONSTITUTION: This process for manufacture and the apparatus for manufacture are the process of supporting the rear surface of a light transmissive substrate 11 with a heating surface plate 24 in order to smooth the colored ink film surface 13 stuck on one surface of the light transmissive substrate, pressurizing and smoothing the ink film surface while pressing the ink film surface with a heating roller 25 via a thin resin film and heating the ink film, then peeling the resin film from the entire surface of the smoothed ink film and are provided with the apparatus for peeling the resin film by using a peeling roller 35 moving the film at a relatively high speed.
