Clinical analysis of the delivery methods in scarred uterus with the second time pregnancy

Objective To investigate the differences of the delivery methods in scarred uterus with the second time pregnancy.Methods The materials of 108 women of scarred uterus with the second time pregnancy were collected and retrospective analysis was applied to evaluate the efficacy of vaginal delivery and cesarean section,and the volume of bleeding,the payment and duration of charge were also compared.Results There were no different effects on pregnant women and on the Apgar rating of the infants,but the volume of bleeding,the payment and duration of charge in the vaginal delivery group were significantly lower than those in the cesarean section group(P = 0.025,P = 0.016,P = 0.037).Conclusion It is benefit to improve the efficacy of delivery with the applications of strict consistence to the indication and appropriate delivery method in the women of second time pregnancy with scarred uterus.
