Nox reduction device for diesel vehicles

PURPOSE: A device for reducing nitrogen oxide for a diesel vehicle is provided to reduce the discharged amount of nitrogen oxide when a diesel particulate filter is regenerated. CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing nitrogen oxide for a diesel vehicle comprises a Lean NOx Trap, a Diesel Particulate Filter, and a Hydrocarbon-Selective Catalyst Reduction. The LNT is a catalyst for eliminating nitrogen oxide and comprises a Diesel Oxide Catalyst. The DPF eliminates particulates located at the rear of the LNT. The Hydrocarbon-Selective Catalyst Reduction unit is located in the LNT.
