Self-made staining device for the improvement of the efficiency of electron microscope ultralthin section stain

Conventional method of staining thin sections for Transmission Electron Microscopy wastes time and is easy to cause pollution.This paper introduces a self-staining device that can improve dyeing efficiency.Ultrastructures of different biological samples were preserved perfect and clear.
