A terminal device is configured so as to replay and record contents. The terminal device replays and records an optical disk with high recording density, such as a BD. An offer information receiving means receives offer information indicating a condition for managed copy specified by the AACS from a managed copy server. An offer information transmitting means transmits the offer information to a server device in order to enter the offer information into the server device. The offer information of a plurality of contents can be thereby managed in the server device and a plurality of users can appropriately share the offer information. It is therefore possible for the users to, for example, know the offer information of a disk in advance even if the users do not actually buy the disk.
