Scheme of synthesis has been developed for dendrimer based pharmaceutical vehicle with pentaerythritol tetraglycidil ether (TGEPE) as a core and diallylamine as a dendron, suitable for the creation of new diagnostic and therapeutic agents. The proposed transport platform opens prospects for the creation of new targeted anticancer agents for nuclear medicine and magnetic resonance imaging.
