SOA Framework for Integrated Business Value Chain Actions

With the evolution of technology and more companies moving to adapt Information Technology, market competitions become more severe, competitions will not only among the enterprises but also among the business process adoptions like supply chains, customer relationship, logistics etc. This paper articulates a way of using unified modelling language to develop Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management and other business value chain activities for any Small and Medium Enterprise, our focus is to emphasize on the interfaces of systems. The results show that the unified modelling language was useful in the development of information systems.
