2LL-4 : Strategy to Obtain Photostability of Organic-inorganic Hybrid Perovskite

2020
From late 20th century, the alternative energy resources have been studied to satisfy the energy demand, one of serious social issues. Among the renewable energy resources, solar energy can have the biggest potential of resources. To use the solar energy, researchers have been developed various field, such as solar cells, photocatalysis, hydrogen production, water splitting, and so on. Since 2009, research field about organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite has boomed in current next-generation solar cell research field, then the photoconversion efficiency of the perovskite solar cell (PSC) got the record over 24 % last year. To practicalize the PSCs, it is important to obtain photostability to get long-term stability. However, the early PSCs have one of the critical issues about the photostability: phase segregation. In this presentation, story will be given about fundamentals of the phase segregation of perovskite and how to overcome it to obtain the photostability.
