Cooling system used during spinal surgery

The invention relates to a cooling system used during spinal surgery. The cooling system comprises a refrigerating system, a filtering system and a special aspirator, wherein the filtering system is provided with a filtering system shell, a filter screen, an activated carbon layer and an ultraviolet lamp are sequentially arranged in the filtering system shell from an inlet to an outlet; the special aspirator comprises a negative pressure pipe front half section, a cold air outer pipe front half section, a negative pressure regulating opening, a cold air outer pipe rear half section and a negative pressure pipe rear half section; the head end of the negative pressure pipe front half section is 5-10mm longer than the head end of the cold air outer pipe front half section. The cooling system has the advantages that when the cooling system is used for partial cooling of the spinal surgery, other tissue or organs of a patient are unaffected; the cooling process is completed by an assistant during blood sucking, an operator does not need to stop the surgery, and surgery time is saved; the surgery area can keep a relatively-stable low-temperature state, and damage, caused by temperature fluctuation, on the spinal cord is avoided.
