국내외 딸기 유전자원과 선발계통의 탄저병과 시들음병 저항성 평가

2020
The occurrence of anthracnose and Fusarium wilt in strawberry is common during nursery and early planting periods in summer which causes great damage. This research was conducted to evaluate the anthracnose and Fusarium wilt resistances in 63 germplasms developed domestically or introduced from Japan, the United States and Europe. Among the germplasms, ‘Hokowase’ displayed significant resistance against anthracnose. In addition, moderate resistance to anthracnose was observed in five germplasms such as ‘Albion’, ‘San Andreas’, ‘Sweet Charlie’, ‘17-11-20’, and ‘18-18-11’. Four germplasms such as ‘Akihime’, ‘Hongsil’, ‘Mannyeonseol’, and ‘Sweet charlie’ were resistant to Fusarium wilt with the disease index less than 1. Among the selected lines, '17-11-20' and '18-18-11' were classified as moderately resistant lines to both anthracnose and Fusarium wilt. In future, the selected lines identified with high or moderate resistant to anthracnose and Fusarium wilt will be used as the breeding materials through further horticultural evaluation.
