Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of minimally invaslve therapy intreating cerebral hem-orrhage.Methods CT was performed to show the form and volume of hematoma before the surgery,and to demrmine the suitabl point and direction of puncture The hematoma was enminated by minimally invasiveaspiration and dralnagewhlch was guidedunder CT layerimage.Results Sixty-six cases were received the minimally invasivetherapy 60 cases were dischanged and 6 cases died(mortality rate 9.1%).Conclusions Minimal invasive therapy of cerebral hemorrhagehas great superiority such as it can elimination most part of the hematoma,and avoiding or decreasing complications.
