Process for machining super-hard product by using pre-alloy powder

2011
The utility model relates to the field of diamond machining tools, and discloses a process for machining a super-hard product by using pre-alloy powder. Te process comprises the following steps: (1) computation: computing the required amount of the pre-alloy powder according to a formula; (2) dosing: solving the weights of the pre-alloy powder and other fillers according to the formula, and mixing uniformly; (3) mould sintering: loading the dosed powder into a mould to be machined and placing into a furnace for sintering; (4) semi hot-pressing: rapidly placing the sintered mould on a cold press and pressing by using a fixed half molding method; and (5) unloading: placing the mould in air for cooling until the temperature is below 100 DEG C and then unloading the mould. According to the invention, the pre-alloy powder is combined with other elements, so that the defects of single-element metal powder sintering is overcome, the service life of the super-hard material product is prolonged and favorable grinding property is obtained.
