A Study of Literature Review on Corporate Restructuring

In this paper we examine the drivers of corporate restructuring. This paper is building up a literature base for the M & A events and the integration performance. We are creating the base for three integration bases and their impact on success or failure of Mergers and Acquisitions. This paper takes the bases of three major parameters i.e. people integration, process integration and IT integration. This paper shows the literature review base for the research work and proposed data and methodology to used and hypothesis to be tested.
