The Research on Techniques for Projection Fringe Phase Method Vision Inspection

This paper advances a system based on techniques for projection fringe phase method vision inspection, which makes the sinusoidal grating projected on the surface of object. We can find the correspondence point using the phase of stripes projected from different orientations. This paper makes a calibration to vision system, and discussed the mathematical model of three - dimensional measurement for the binocular vision sensor. The average error is 0.039 6 mm, and the standard deviation is 0.021 3 mm, and the angle relative deviation is 0.2% . Not only is the measure result of the V shape object given, which is 0.22% of the angle relative deviation, but also the 3 - D reconstruction picture is given.
