Equipment for dynamically simulating and testing biodegradability of magnesium alloy medical apparatus in vitro

2010
The invention discloses equipment for dynamically simulating and testing the biodegradability of a magnesium alloy medical apparatus in vitro. The equipment comprises a test chamber, a chamber top cover, a variable-speed motor, a drill chuck, an upper-level sample loader and a thermostatic bath, wherein the test chamber and the chamber top cover are in threaded connection; an output shaft of the variable-speed motor passes through the chamber top cover downwards and is seamlessly nested with the chamber top cover; the chamber top cover and the output shaft of the variable-speed motor share the same axle center; the drill chuck is fastened with the output shaft of the variable-speed motor; the upper-level sample loader is clamped on the drill chuck; and the test chamber is arranged in the thermostatic bath. By the equipment, the rotary motion of a sample in a medium is easy to realize, relative motion speeds of biomedical materials, conventional engineering materials, military materials and the like, and body fluid, sea water and other media, and the influence of medium components, temperature, pH value and the like on medium corrodibility and material degradability can be quickly and accurately evaluated, so the equipment has great significance for improving the research and development efficiency and quality and reducing the research and development cost.
