BACKGROUND After radiochemotherapy, 20% to 30% of patients with early worsening MRI experience pseudoprogression (Psp) which is not distinguishable from early progression (EP). We aimed to assess the diagnostic performance and survival predictive ability of radiomics in patients with suspected EP or Psp.
