Synthesis of benzanilide derivatives as dual acting agents with α1-adrenoceptor antagonistic action and steroid 5-α reductase inhibitory activity

Abstract Synthesis of benzanilide derivatives which have dual α 1 -adrenoceptor antagonistic action and steroid 5α-reductase inhibitory activity and their structure-activity relationships is described.
