The nuclear localization of Y-box binding protein-1 correlates with P-glycoprotein expression in diffuse large B cell lymphoma

Y-盒结合蛋白-1(Y-box binding protein-1,YB-1)是冷休克蛋白家族成员之一,与多种基因启动子区的CCAAT盒相结合,调节基因的转录与转译,参与多种生物过程.YB-1的表达及其意义在造血系统肿瘤中的研究鲜有报道.我们以弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)为研究对象,检测YB-1与P-糖蛋白(P-gp)的表达,并与细胞增殖核抗原(PCNA)进行相关分析,探讨其与肿瘤特性的关系。
