A combination of morphofuncional signs of a chronic productive inflammation (microabscesses in wame-placentary area, necrose of decidual cells in the centres of abscesses and in the field of inflammatory platens) in a combination with local signs of a hemostasis in parietal endometry and d.basalis with strati.ed hemorrhages and trombosis before formation of a retroplacentary hematoma, despite the adequate endometry`s decidualisation and sufficient gestation reorganization of spiral arteries is morphological basis of spontaneous abortions and not developing pregnaucies at cronic endometrite. A definition of pathological changes in an organism immunoreactvity, of citokin status, trombocit and plasma hemostasis links, AMGF in blood serum is a prognose indicator of structurally functional changes of endometry at non-developing pregnancy. A complex of actions including: immunotherapy,genitals biocenos` correction, hypocensibility therapy, improvement of microcirculation and trophic, resporation of diphasic mensis, physiotherapeutic treatment and pregnancy planning is proved.
