The invention relates to a heating protecting device of an alkali metal gain cell, in particular to an alkali metal gain cell heating furnace. The alkali metal gain cell heating furnace comprises a shell, metal filler, primary temperate-control heating blocks, a secondary temperate-control heating block and a base body, wherein the secondary temperate-control heating block is placed on the base body, and the shell is connected with the secondary temperate-control heating block; the shell is provided with a furnace chamber inside, and shell light holes are respectively formed in two ends of the shell; the gain cell is accommodated in the furnace chamber, the furnace chamber parts at two ends of gain cell are respectively filled with the metal filler, and the gain cell penetrates out of the shell and is connected with the secondary temperate-control heating block; one primary temperate-control heating block is disposed on each of the metal filler on two sides of the gain cell, and filler light holes are axially formed in the metal filler; parts between two sides of the gain cell and the shell are filled with ceramic filler for heating the two lateral walls of the gain cell. By the alkali metal gain cell heating furnace, the window pollution problem of the alkali metal gain cell is effectively solved, the service life of the alkali metal gain cell is prolonged, and the absorption rate and one-way transmittance of the gain cell are increased.
